Art education

Visual arts education for different age groups is provided by Humppila 4H organisation. Education is organised by offering art classes from September to May and a summer art camp in June.

Youth centre Vaijeri

Youth centre Vaijeri is a common space for the young (between ages 13 to 17) to call their own. You can play games, watch TV, listen to music or just hang out.

Municipal day care and early childhood education

Children under the age of 7 may receive day care by the municipality. Day care can be organised by municipalities alone or together, by private sector, or by non-governmental organisations from which the municipality purchases the service.

The early childhood education services of the Humppila include day care for children and pre-school education .The aim of early childhood education is to support the child's growth, development and learning and to promote well-being. Each child receives an early childhood care plan for day care. Local day care can be either full-time or part-time. Municipalities can limit the time of day care to 20 hours a week if the child’s other parent is at home due to unemployment.

Day care applications can be printed out from the Humppila website or picked up from day care centre or municipal office.
